1. Cancellation Policy
1-a. Standard Reservations
Nasfa Trans LLC offers a flexible cancellation policy for most standard sedan and SUV bookings.
- Free Cancellation: 24+ hours before pickup
- 25% Fee: 6–24 hours before pickup (waiver may be requested)
- 50% Fee: 1–6 hours before pickup
- 90% Fee: Within the last hour, before boarding
- Full Fare: After driver arrival or if passenger boards and abandons the trip
Cancellation fees compensate for driver time, blocked schedules, operational costs, and vehicle allocation.
1-b. Sprinter Van & Minibus Reservations
Due to limited availability and high demand:
- 100% Refund: 3+ days before pickup
- Full Charge: Less than 3 days before pickup
- No-Show: Full fare
- Modifications: Subject to availability
1-c. Limos, Buses, Motor Coaches & Luxury Vehicles
- 100% Refund: 5+ days before pickup
- 50% Refund: 5–3 days before pickup
- No Refund: Within 3 days or no-show
- Modifications: Based on availability
1-d. Independent Contractor Disclosure
Some rides may be fulfilled by vetted independent contractor drivers who meet all Nasfa Trans LLC service, safety, insurance, and licensing requirements.
Regardless of driver type:
- All reservations, payments, and support are handled by Nasfa Trans LLC
- All drivers represent Nasfa Trans LLC during service
- Service quality standards remain identical
1-e. Driver Safety, Compliance & Insurance Coverage
Nasfa Trans LLC is committed to providing safe and reliable transportation. All drivers — including independent contractor drivers — are required to:
- Maintain valid driver’s licenses and required permits
- Follow all state and federal transportation laws
- Operate vehicles safely and professionally
- Carry active commercial auto insurance that meets or exceeds state minimums
Accidents or incidents are handled according to state law and the applicable commercial insurance policy. Nasfa Trans LLC cooperates fully with all insurance investigations.
While every driver meets our service and safety standards, Nasfa Trans LLC is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, or third-party actions.
2. Wait Times
- Non-Airport: 10-minute grace period
- Airport: 15 minutes after pickup time or 30 minutes after landing
After grace period:
- $1 per minute wait fee
- Driver may continue waiting or declare a No-Show → full fare is charged
- Decisions depend on communication and scheduling
3. Wrong Booking
If the incorrect vehicle type is booked (exceeding passenger or luggage limits) and the trip cannot be completed, the full fare will apply.
4. Short-Notice Bookings
Reservations within 24 hours of pickup are not guaranteed.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances
Nasfa Trans LLC may cancel or adjust trips due to weather, safety issues, mechanical problems, or conditions beyond our control.
Customers receive a full refund if Nasfa Trans LLC cancels.
6. Rates & Fees
- Rates at booking are final
- Future rates may vary
- Car Seat Fee: $10 per seat
7. Reservation Conditions
- 7.1 Reservations are tentative until fully paid
- 7.2 Bookings within 24 hours require phone confirmation
- 7.3 Nasfa Trans LLC may cancel any reservation due to unforeseen conditions or without cause (full refund issued)
8. Cleaning Charges
A $250 cleaning fee applies if a passenger soils or damages the vehicle interior.
Customer authorizes Nasfa Trans LLC to charge the card on file.
9. Damage Charges
Passengers are responsible for any physical damage caused to vehicles during service.
Charges will be billed to the payment method on file.
10. Tolls, Fees & Special Charges
Tolls, ferries, tunnel fees, and special permits are not included in quoted fares.
They are billed at actual cost.
11. Payments & Collections (Updated – No Cash/Checks)
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)
- Pre-approved corporate accounts
- Digital invoices issued by Nasfa Trans LLC
We do NOT accept cash or personal checks.
Returned payments incur a $40 fee.
Balances over 30 days incur a 5% monthly surcharge.
Unpaid balances may be pursued through collections or legal action.
12. Baggage Policy
- Luggage is carried at the passenger’s own risk
- Drivers may refuse unsafe or excessive baggage
- Liability limited to $50 per passenger
13. Smoking Policy (NEW)
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
If a passenger smokes or attempts to smoke/vape:
- Driver may end the ride immediately
- Full fare will be charged
- Cleaning fees may apply
14. Safety & Conduct
Drivers may terminate a ride if passengers engage in:
- Illegal activity
- Threatening or abusive behavior
- Unsafe conduct
- Harassment
Full fare still applies.
15. Communication & Privacy
We may contact you by call or text for trip updates.
