1. Cancellation Policy

1-a. Standard Reservations

Nasfa Trans LLC offers a flexible cancellation policy for most standard sedan and SUV bookings.

Cancellation fees compensate for driver time, blocked schedules, operational costs, and vehicle allocation.

1-b. Sprinter Van & Minibus Reservations

Due to limited availability and high demand:

1-c. Limos, Buses, Motor Coaches & Luxury Vehicles

1-d. Independent Contractor Disclosure

Some rides may be fulfilled by vetted independent contractor drivers who meet all Nasfa Trans LLC service, safety, insurance, and licensing requirements.

Regardless of driver type:

Nasfa Trans LLC is committed to providing safe and reliable transportation. All drivers — including independent contractor drivers — are required to:

Accidents or incidents are handled according to state law and the applicable commercial insurance policy. Nasfa Trans LLC cooperates fully with all insurance investigations.

While every driver meets our service and safety standards, Nasfa Trans LLC is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, or third-party actions.

If the incorrect vehicle type is booked (exceeding passenger or luggage limits) and the trip cannot be completed, the full fare will apply.

4. Short-Notice Bookings

Reservations within 24 hours of pickup are not guaranteed.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances

Nasfa Trans LLC may cancel or adjust trips due to weather, safety issues, mechanical problems, or conditions beyond our control.
Customers receive a full refund if Nasfa Trans LLC cancels.

8. Cleaning Charges

$250 cleaning fee applies if a passenger soils or damages the vehicle interior.
Customer authorizes Nasfa Trans LLC to charge the card on file.

9. Damage Charges

Passengers are responsible for any physical damage caused to vehicles during service.
Charges will be billed to the payment method on file.

10. Tolls, Fees & Special Charges

Tolls, ferries, tunnel fees, and special permits are not included in quoted fares.
They are billed at actual cost.

11. Payments & Collections (Updated – No Cash/Checks)

Accepted payment methods:

We do NOT accept cash or personal checks.

Returned payments incur a $40 fee.
Balances over 30 days incur a 5% monthly surcharge.
Unpaid balances may be pursued through collections or legal action.
